Returns & Refunds:
Our 100% money-back guarantee applies if the product you receive is damaged or defective during shipping. In such cases, you can either receive a full refund or a replacement item by contacting us within three days of delivery.
Please keep in mind that custom items cannot be refunded or returned, except if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Custom items are tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold, thus making them ineligible for refund or return.
Refunds or returns will not be issued:
- If the order does not arrive due to mistakes made on your part, such as an incorrect shipping address.
- You are simply unhappy with the product
We also reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the item has been altered, used, or damaged in any way, or if it does not meet the criteria mentioned above.
Order Cancelations
In the event that you have already paid for your order but wish to cancel or modify it, please reach out to us within 12 hours. After 12 hours from when the order was placed, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Missing Items & Unboxing Evidence Policy
To ensure fair resolution for both parties and prevent fraudulent claims, we require clear evidence for any reports of missing items.
If an order is reported as delivered but an item is claimed to be missing, customers must provide clear unboxing video evidence recorded from the moment the package is opened, showing the shipping label and contents continuously.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, as we are unable to verify the issue.
Photos alone are not considered sufficient evidence, as they do not demonstrate the condition of the package at the time of opening.
