IS SHIPPING FREE?

We offer worldwide shipping, completely for free.

1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED?

1 to 3 business days. Some items are custom, however, and may take slightly longer during the holidays. Please contact us first ( emperiaonlineshop@gmail.com ) for more details.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Usually, shipping time takes 7~12 working days to arrive after dispatch. During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

2-3 working days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

LOST PACKAGES

If your order is lost in transit, we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the carrier encounters issues delivering your replacement package, it will be the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier for further resolution.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at emperiaonlineshop@gmail.com . We will assist you in resolving the issue. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for a claim.
